UndauntEd Upsilon Epsilon Chapter at Cal Poly Pomona
In the Spring of 2013, our entity was established by 8 distinct women (Jennyfer Sanchez, Andrea Ruiz, Natalie Perez, Teresa Gonzalez, Beatriz De La Cruz, Sofia Santiago, Maria Hernandez, Marisol Reyes). Later that year in Fall of 2013, the Colony had the privilege of inducting an additional 5 women became sisters as Alpha Ship. One year later, in Fall 2014 Beta Ship became a part of our colony and after extensive work, a lot of patience, and dedication we received Chapter Status.
On February 21st, 2015 at 6:29pm PST the Cal Poly Pomona Colony was officially granted chapter status by our National Headquarters. We are known as the UndauntEd Upsilon Epsilon Chapter at Cal Poly Pomona.
Our five principles of Academics, Community Service, Morals & Ethics, Cultural Awareness, and Social Interaction are those that prepare an individual to be well rounded. Sigma Lambda Gamma is historically latina- based but is the largest multicultural sorority with membership of more than 100 nationalties. We have sisters in the east coast, midwest, and throughout the west coast.
